Account Manager – Strategic Initiative ten – 15yrs
Years of Experience: 10-fifteen years with min 7-eight years of experience in selling/delivering IT services to overseas customers
Responsibilities include: Working under direct supervision of Account Executive
Getting fully involved in account planning activities along with the Account Executive
Understanding and becoming knowledgeable about customer’s activity, priorities, and business drivers
Regular calls/meetings with Front Office account management team as well as the customer to discuss progress on pipelines and deals.
Continuously update account management team at Front Office on new capabilities, offerings, sales collaterals and offshore operations which are relevant to the account
Working closely with service lines, sector teams, wincenters, CAMS, TLIs and Transversal Groups for developing customer proposition corresponding to new opportunities
