We receive variety of service requests from our customers through letters, emails & faxes. As a Correspondence advisor, you are expected to do a thorough research of the customers request & resolve their stated & unstated needs. The research could involve calling up the customer to get more info on their issue. Roles & Responsibilities Research, gather details using available resources and resolve Customer inquires which come through Email / Letter. Making calls to Customers to gather more details & resolve customer inquires. Calling would comprise of 15-20% or more of the production time. Adherence to SOPs, quality, productivity and compliance guidelines & standards Draft emails / Letters resolving and responding to Customers inquiry Adherence to daily schedules & leave management Work would involve handling dynamic queues with different procedures Expertise to work well with a diverse team of high performing individuals Flexible to work in rotational shifts. Identify and escalate priority issues.
