Position details:

Management Details/Financial Reporting/ Financial Analysis:

1. Reporting of Monthly Financials i.e. P & L, Cashflows, Balance Sheet, Ratios,
performance reports etc.
2. Process for monthly provisioning & accruals.
3. Assisting CFO in preparation of Board/other presentations.
4. Ensuring accurate & timely reporting of other Financial MIS.
5. Financial analysis in the form of location/ customer/ segment wise profitability, lease
vs buy etc

Business Plans/ Budgetary Controls:

6. Devising budget templates, preparation of budgets in co-ordination various business
divisions
7. Review & Analysis of Budgets for Cost Control, devising processes to control
unbudgeted expenses.
8. Budgets Vs Actuals Reporting with a focus on:
a. Expenses control & providing early alerts for expense overrun
b. Variance analysis.
c. Need for revision etc
9. Preparation of business plans, review of financial feasibility (IRR, ROE, EVA etc)
and parameters for new businesses/ initiatives in coordination with various
