Customer Service Executive – Esales

Provide pre sales assistance to customers by giving clarification on products, service,
claims, tech support to purchase online.
• Driving up sales volumes by converting more prospects (those who haven’t completed
the online purchase) to customers.
• Assist customers in purchase.
• To meet individual sales targets on a weekly / monthly basis
• To provide product information about ARLIs online products
• To facilitate the online buying process
• To clarify queries and clear doubts while purchasing the policy online
• To provide Technical support (IT & Under-writing) / FAQs
• To take inbound advertisement calls
• Ability to engage with the customers and provide satisfactory resolution.
• Ability to work in team for achieving and exceeding individual and team targets.

• High energy levels with initiative-taking approach.
• Ability to participate in effective and efficient implementation of new processes.
